How Do We Work?
- We collaborate closely across offices through weekly global conference calls, account meetings, and global staffing of client engagements
- We have a flexible model for working together, ranging from working in the same physical location on a daily basis (EU office) to everyone working remotely (the east coast office). The west coast office meets every Monday when we enjoy a meal/coffee together, discuss projects, exchange ideas, and plan our week; The rest of the week most of us work from home, managing our own work load and work schedule. However, help is always a phone call or an email away
- Each project generally involves 1-3 consultants. That means sometimes we work alone on a project and often times we work on multiple projects at the same time
- We encourage our consultants to attend professional conferences for learning, networking, and business development
- Everyone feels motivated to bring new ideas on strategies, methods, processes, or technologies; good ideas are implemented right away!
Who Are We Looking For?
- Experienced in modeling and simulation and its applications in drug development
- Highly motivated and independent, yet works well in a team
- Entrepreneurial in spirit (and this is NOT a cliché, we ARE a small company and everyone makes a difference!)
- Very client-focused. After all, we are a consulting company and we work very hard to serve our clients!
