Who Are We?

• We are a group of self-motivated professionals who enjoy the challenge and creative process of solving difficult problems
• Through years of working closely together, we have built a highly functional, cohesive, and efficient team

How Do We Work?

• We have meetings every Monday at noon PST (9pm CET) when we enjoy a meal/coffee together, discuss projects, exchange ideas, and plan our week; our European office joins us via Skype video call.
• The rest of the week most of us work from home, managing our own work load and work schedule. However, help is always a phone call or an email away.
• Each project generally involves 1-3 consultants. That means sometimes we work alone on a project and often times we work on multiple projects at the same time
• We encourage our consultants to attend professional conferences for learning, networking, and business development
• Everyone feels motivated to bring new ideas on strategies, methods, processes, or technologies; good ideas are implemented right away!

Who Are We Looking For?

• Experienced in modeling and simulation and its applications in drug development
• Highly motivated and independent, yet works well in a team
• Entrepreneurial in spirit (and this is NOT a cliché, we ARE a small company and everyone makes a difference!)
• Very client-focused. After all, we are a consulting company and we work very hard to serve our clients!
