N. “Shasha” Jumbe, Ph D.

Dr. N. “Shasha” Jumbe has over 10 years of drug development and modeling experience. He recently joined Quantitative Solutions following a career in the pharmaceutical industry where he established himself as an innovative applied-pharmacometrician and knowledge-integrator and held positions of increasing responsibility and impact at Amgen, XenoPort, Genentech and Roche, respectively. Shasha has interacted with the FDA in pre-IND, EoPhI/II, BLA and sBLA meetings, developed and published novel translational modeling platforms, contributed three book chapters and holds four patents. He has actively supported blockbuster molecules in various therapeutic areas, with recent focus in oncology, immunology and infectious diseases.

Shasha holds a double major in Chemistry and Physics (Macalester College, MN) and postgraduate degrees in Biomedical Engineering & Biomedical Sciences (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Albany Medical College, NY). He is a multi-sport decorated athlete who continues to compete in squash and soccer,and coach track & field.
