Rheumatoid Arthritis Database

The objective of the database is to include all information on biologic DMARDs as well as synthetic DMARDs currently approved or in development. The indications are rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), or psoriasis (PSO). This database was last updated in July 2010.

A total of 159 references were selected for inclusion in the database, representing clinical outcomes from 112 unique trials, 363 unique treatment arms and about 42,850 patients. The compounds included in the database are: MTX, abatacept, adalimumab, anakinra, briakinumab, certolizumab, etanercept, golimumab, infliximab, LY2439821, ofatumumab, ocrelizumab, , rituximab, tasocitinib, tocilizumab, and ustekinumab.
