Quantifying the World's Clinical Trial Efficacy, Tolerability, and Safety Information to Enable Good Drug Development Decisions

Metabolic Diseases

More than 220 million people worldwide have diabetes. Diabetes is both an area of great interest as well as strength for Quantitative Solutions. Our consultants have collectively worked on more than 20 diabetes projects, ranging from PoC study design to comparative effectiveness analysis. Through our work and research we have accumulated extensive knowledge on many classes of drugs, including newer therapies such as glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) analogs and sodium/glucose cotransporter 2(SGLT-2).

We have recently built a diabetes database, which includes clinical safety and efficacy information from trials investigating metformin (MET), sulfonuryleas (SU), thiazoledinediones (TZD), dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP4) inhibitors, GLP-1) analogs, and sodium/glucose cotransporter 2(SGLT-2) in type-2 diabetes (T2D).
