Immunology
QS scientists have collectively accumulated extensive experience in the areas of rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis. We have also worked on Crohn’s, systemic sclerosis, and other immunological disorders. Here is an abstract of a recent project leveraging comparator data in Phase 2b dose selection for the treatment of autoimmune disorders.
We have developed a RA clinical outcomes database which serves as a great enabling tool in our consulting projects as well as a stand-alone product for interested clients (please see Products section for details on our database offerings). The objective of the database is to include all information on biologic DMARDs as well as synthetic DMARDs currently approved or in development. The indications are rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), and psoriasis (PSO). This database was last updated in July of 2010.
A total of 159 references were included in the database, representing clinical outcomes from 112 unique trials, 363 unique treatment arms and about 42,850 patients. Download a summary description for the RA database.
